The trekking that was not to be!!!

Bheemeshwari Forest - This is one place I'll remember for many coming years... Our team at office had arranged for a 1 day trekking trip to this place last saturday.... But, even saying the trip was quite ok would be an understatement.... :(

When we reached the place, we were in for a big surprise... cos the trip organisers said it was a forest and we were in a big dry land, where there were barely a few lush green trees by the lakeside..... We walked by the lake for about an hour and that was what they termed as TREKKING... ("oh comeon.. i've been to some really adventurous trekking trips... don't ever say that word..." that was my feeling at that time) To add to our fury n frustration, the weather was extremely hot....

Atlast, after the so-called trekking(or walking, as we called it), we crossed the lake in a boat.... and then had our lunch...
After that, the only saving grace of this trip.... we played in the lake for a couple of hours.... we got into the waters and played alot... :)
So, thats how the saturday was spent... hmmm, there was one interesting comment made by one of my colleagues.....
"If ever u have a boring day, jus remember this trekking.... u'll feel as if u r having a better time now" LOL!!!
Thats the reason why I said I won't forget this place for a long time... :)

But, I was happy to some extent, cos I didn't get to watch the final day's play of the India Pak test match.... that would have been even more frustrating.....
Better not talk abt that match atall....

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Jus to make u all n myself a li'l bit relaxed and and get that smile out after reading a post full of rantings...

Dream........... makes all things possible
Hope............. makes all things work
Love.............. makes all things beautiful
Smile............. makes all above work possible

Being happy doesn't mean everything's perfect, it just means you've decided to see beyond the imperfections.... (How true!!!)
